Keizeris appointed Litgrid board member

On Thursday, CEO Mindaugas Keizeris of EPSO-G, a state-owned group of energy transmission and exchange companies, was elected as board member of Litgrid AB at the company’s extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

Keizeris was elected as a representative of the parent company to the Litgrid board, serving until the end of its term in 2024. In the board he replaced Algirdas Juozaponis, the Litgrid board chairman, who decided to leave the EPSO-G group and step down as its CFO as of January 2023.
