Statistics Lithuania reports that in September 2022, the consumer confidence indicator stood at minus 16 and, compared to August, decreased by 5 percentage points. The decrease in the consumer confidence indicator in September was determined by negative changes in all of its components. The last time the consumer confidence indicator was this low was in April 2020, when a quarantine was announced due to COVID-19.
