Estonian Russian-language private media receive EUR 1mn from state

Estonia’s Ministry of Culture has decided to grant EUR 1 million to four private media companies for the production of Russian-language journalism, the country’s public broadcaster ERR reports.

The daily Postimees and news website Delfi will each receive EUR 300,000; Äripäev will receive EUR 217,000 and Põhjarannik will receive EUR 183,000.
