In September 2022, compared with August 2022, prices for consumer goods and services increased by 2.9%, according to data published by Statistics Lithuania.
This was mainly influenced by an increase in prices for heat energy, electricity, clothing, vegetables, footwear, catering in cafeterias, meat and meat products, as well as by a decrease in prices for fuels and passenger transport by air.
