Annual HICP inflation at 22.5% in September

In September 2022, according to the harmonised index of consumer prices (HICP), which is methodologically harmonised with those of other EU member states, average annual inflation stood at 15.9 percent, average annual inflation calculated based on the consumer price index (CPI) was 16.3 percent, reports Statistics Lithuania.

Annual HICP inflation (September 2022, against September 2021) stood at 22.5 percent, the CPI-based one – 24.1 percent.
