Poll: voters favour SocDems and For Lithuania

If the elections were held the coming Sunday, the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party (LSDP) and the Union of Democrats For Lithuania would secure most of the votes, a public opinion poll carried out by Baltijos Tyrimai for the LRT public news portal at the end of February shows.

The LSDP and For Lithuania received 13.1% of support each in February, down from 14.4% and 14.7% respectively recorded in January.
The Homeland Union-Lithuanian Christian Democrats (TS-LKD) ranks third with 10.2% of support from the respondents. In January, the ruling party was favoured by 11.7% of those polled.
