Maliukevičius RTR Planet TV was banned because it broke the Lithuanian law

The Lithuania Tribune spoke with Nerijus Maliukevičius, lecturer and researcher at Vilnius University's Institute of International Relations and Political Science.

Lithuania has banned the RTR Rossia TV channel for three months, but we can still see other Kremlin controlled channels in Lithuania. Would this ban make any difference we asked Maliukevičius.
